Several local Black artists are being recognized and celebrated this month by the Fredericksburg Center for Creative Arts (FCCA) located at 813 Sophia Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. Among those being celebrated is our own Dolores Williams Bumbrey who has three pieces displays.
